Very professional and did a great job with my brakes. Jimmy was very helpful and took the time to ensure my brakes needed replacement instead of just doing it......ended up I only needed the fronts done even though another quote I received said otherwise. I always respect honesty over making an extra dollar. I recommend them highly.

What can I say about Jimmy and company over at Import Car Specialists? They are consummate professionals and know their vehicles. I’m a rare Audi collector and these guys know exactly what there is to know about every nuance of these unique vehicles. They take their time, listen, ask questions and then explain, in detail, what may be wrong based on my description. Then they scan and diagnose the root cause and define a clear path to its resolution. They even arrange a ride from their shop while the work is being done. Their quality is superb. Their professionalism is unheard of these days and their prices best any shop or even mobile mechanic I’ve had the misfortune of trying prior to finding them. My German ladies will NEVER see another garage. Just yesterday I had a small issue that they resolved on their own time primarily for customer satisfaction. Thank you Brandon. Import Car Specialists helped me prepare my car for a long time. They were thorough and professional and I highly recommended them.

My experience started the week before I actually had work done on my Jeep when the mechanic was outside on his break. I work close to the shop and asked him some questions about services and pricing. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Fast forward three days, I met Jimmy, who was fabulous. He was thorough and very helpful. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my vehicle and was not condescending like most service places are when talking to females. So I just moved to the neighborhood from another state and I needed a decent shop/mechanic for my Mercedes. A friend referred me to Import Car Specialists. I gave them a jingle and spoke with Jimmy and he said they had an opening that day which was convenient especially since they are only a mile away from my house. Jimmy gave me an estimate and fixed the car issue within 30 minutes. That was probably the most efficient + positive mechanic experience I have ever experienced.
